Romona Keveza 5454 Backless unclassified dresses

Style - RK5454- This dress is so elegant and in great condition. I bought this dress new and wore it once (on my wedding day of course). I had it professionally dry cleaned ($200). There were about $900 worth of alterations to make the neckline more feminine and have the dress more fitted. It was a size four but with alterations is more like dress size 2. I will try to post as much as I can of the dress on and off but please let me know if you need any other information
