This dress is from the San Patrick- La Sposa Collection. I'm not a 'glitzy' bride, but I loved the white beading detail--- it really adds an extra dimension to the dress and helps the dress 'pop' in pictures. The lace and mermaid silhouette and tulle skirt give it a romantic feel, and the sheer lace bodice gave it a modern edge without being overtly sexy. I wore this for a backyard Hawaii wedding and the tulle skirt is so light and looked absolutely gorgeous when it caught the light or the wind! I wanted something different from all the strapless gowns I was seeing, and I absolutely loved the sexy low back that balanced the modest high illusion neck.
Detachable bodice lining is included in case you want to down play the sheerness of the top.
No marks or stains. Some very light discoloration at the hem of the train, but really not very noticeable at all.
Other damage to note: a little run in the illusion netting at the front neckline (see pictures; I put my hand in there so that you could see how noticeable it might be against your skin). (I think this happened when the dry cleaner put it on one of those cardboard bodice structure-things when I was getting it cleaned to re-sell! It doesn't happen through normal wear.) Aside from this, the dress is in beautiful condition. ****The seamstress said the run could be fixed by moving the lace leaf on top of it, and if need be, even moving some lace from the skirt to cover the holes. So it's fixable if it bothers you. I marked down the price of the dress further to allow for this.
