From the Kenneth Winston Website:
Plain tulle skirts on ball gowns are very overdone. Organza needed some love so we picked out a high sheen champagne for this look and gave each layer a finished hem for definition
We draped and layered the organza in asymmetric tiers to give this “plain” skirt some drama
Keeping to Kenneth Winston tradition, we set out to create a beautifully beaded bodice. We started with pearl clusters and worked our way outwards. Instead of just using silver thread to outline patterns we used high radiance silver tube beads to create shape. Silver tones were balanced with pearls and white threaded embroidery to blend together all the detail work
Transitioning from a beaded bodice into a skirt is always tricky because of the harsh seam. We used a combination of white beads and pearls to create a cascading floral transition
The floral beading follows the top of the hip rounding into a sharper dip elongating and slimming the torso
