Nicole Miller Georgina Budget-friendly unclassified dresses

The dress of my dreams from my wedding nearly 5 years ago. Bought at the Nicole Miller store in Soho, New York City. I have a straight body and this dress gave me such beautiful curves. Fishtail train and intricate paneling, similar to Zac Posen. Possibly deco through the geometric structure but powerfully feminine. The condition is fair, nothing terribly noticable with the hem being raised, but would not say it could pass for brand new. The train and very bottom of the fabric that skirted the floor has dirt marks on it, so I would say the hem would need to be raised and the train might need to be removed or altered. I've included pictures of what marks I could find. It was professionally cleaned but not specifically by a wedding dress specialist, which probably explains why some of the dirt marks still exist.
