Monique Lhuillier Cotton unclassified dresses

Classic Monique Lhuillier silhouette. The lace makes a scalloped neckline over a sheath that has a scoop neckline, so the effect is sheer lace above the sheath. The ivory/taupe colored sheath sets off the lighter ivory lace. Waist is accented by a taupe-colored grosgrain ribbon.  Small buttons decend down the back, but there is a back zipper for easy on/off. The train is fastened up by three concealed buttons in the back when it is time to dance, and you have to fasten the train up. I have loved this dress, and it was hard to part with it for many years.
