Mikaella 2168 Budget-friendly unclassified dresses

This is a cascading ruffles dress. It has been worn once in September 2018. The dress is in excellent condition and has no stains or blemishes. However, the inside slip/liner has some minor dirt stains at the bottom hem, which are not visible behind the ruffles on the outside.
