Absolutely gorgeous Willowby by Watters Doyle gown. Purchased in November 2017 from a salon, this gown was a rarely tried on sample (the salon did not have it long prior to me purchasing it). Condition is excellent, no noticeable wear to gown at all except one very small tear in the lace on the back strap of the dress, I did not notice it until the salon pointed it out to me before purchasing (will post photo of tear shortly). Both the salon and my seamstress said the tear would be very easy to fix and not noticeable once prepared. Otherwise no alterations have been made, and dress has only been worn to try it on. Has been hanging in a garment bag in my closet since purchase. This dress should still be available in most salons if you wish to try on before purchasing. I would also be happy to meet with a bride who is local to me to try on as well.
I am parting with this gown because I have been incredibly indecisive as to what I want to wear on my wedding day. A big part of me still wants to hang on to this beautiful dress, but I will most likely be going with a dress that is a little more casual / informal for our backyard affair.
I would love to see this dress go to a bride who loves it as much as I do. It's truly beautiful, shows off your figure nicely, and the back is to die for with a stunning sweep train. The color is called 'dusty rose' and while there is just a hint of blush in the fabric, it really leans more toward an ivory / champagne color. It;s just different enough to stand out from all the white strapless gowns out there, but beautiful and traditional enough for a classic bridal look.
