Rebecca Schoneveld Wren Gown Club unclassified dresses

I was fortunate enough to find this classically beautiful Wren Gown at a sample sale at a boutique here in Washington, DC. I loved the dress right away, even though I hadn't heard of Rebecca Schoneveld before. However, this is a size 10 and I'm a size 4, so I was going to need some extensive tailoring. The open back of this dress is gorgeous, but my wedding is in November, so I was having second thoughts about having such an open back. I ended up buying another dress that doesn't need as much tailoring and is probably more appropriate for a November wedding. This is an unaltered, sample dress in size 10 -- in excellent condition for a sample (otherwise, I wouldn't have bought it myself). There's a little beading that's loose but easily fixed by a tailor, as I was planning to do. I was also planning to get it cleaned, but again, it doesn't have the wear that other sample dresses I saw had. I was really looking forward to having this dress tailored to fit me perfectly, but since I found another dress that only needs hemming, I have to let this lovely Wren Gown go to someone else who might be getting married in a warmer month/climate.
