Our off-the-shoulder Tulle Noel top is embellished with three-dimensional floral appliqués and tiny seed beads. The rich embroidery frames the neckline and the extra-long sleeve cuffs. Hours of skilled hand embroidery goes into the creation of this unique piece in Brooklyn, NY.  The bottom of this topper is a raw edge so it can be sewn into a gown's natural waistline or hide away beneath a belt (as seen in the images).  There is one button missing at the bottom of the back which can easily be replaced.
