Beautiful ivory mermaid dress with dramatic layered ruffles on the bottom. Tulle ruffle layers have a wide horsehair ribbon edge. Sample dress never worn. Purchased for wedding but ended up not doing a traditional bridal gown. Will also include matching ivory tulle horsehair edge elbow length veil.
