New, never used. Gown has only been altered to add the straps over the shoulders and lower the back. Bustle has not been completed, and it hasn't had a final fitting alteration.
I tried it on when I picked up the gown but it has not been worn since. Still in box in a climate controlled room. Belt is NOT attached to the gown. Need full asking for the belt to be included.
