Brand new with tags, has been altered. This dress is absolutely stunning, very chic and classic with a twist. The sleeves do detach leaving a simple off the shoulder drape if you want to switch it up after the ceremony. I unfortunately was not able to wear to my wedding after alterations had been done. Dress is brand new never worn.
