This dress was originally purchased from Magnolia Bride in Kernersville, NC. I had it altered to be more modest, the original dress had a lot of cleavage and a bare back look. The seamstress added a corset in the back and used extra material from the train to fill it in.
Its hard to say exactly what dress size it is, I can tell you in these pictures I am 165 lbs, 5'5". Also size 34G boobs,not the easiest body type to shop for, so I was happy that everything fit well in the end. The bra size is actually for a B cup, mine were sort of smashed in so would probably be comfortable for a C-D cup.
